New Executive Chef Propels Ideas Forward

HOUSTON, TEXAS (April 30, 2013) — The management of Abby’s Catering (Abby’s), a preferred caterer to private and corporate aviation travelers, individuals, and Houston businesses, has announced Adam Deviney as the new executive chef for their Aviation and Corporate Catering divisions.

“When considering the chef that was to lead two of our divisions, it was vitally important for us to choose someone that would closely exemplify our standards of culinary excellence at 30,000 feet, as well as for the corporate boardroom,” shares Ursula den Herder, president of Abby’s Catering. “Chef Adam’s catering and hospitality background, combined with his attention to detail in each preparation for our discriminating customers, embodies the hallmark of what Abby’s represents.”

A culinary school graduate, the chef is skilled in all aspects of fine dining, in-flight catering, and kitchen operations. His understanding and skill of how technology plays a vital role in both divisions will drive some novel ideas to accomplish new, forward-thinking goals established by Abby’s ownership and management.

“We’ll be creating and designing new menu items for the aviation division in order to give our customers an even greater dining experience,” explains Chef Adam. “In addition, we will be implementing state-of-the-art technical innovations to give our customers the most efficient service on the market.”

New changes are in progress and expected to be seen in the summer of 2013.
